Brief

The Paris headquarters of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), founded in 1961 to promote policies that improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world, are since 2021 equipped with a hybrid solar installation to save energy emissions and costs.

Technology

This hybrid solar installation consists of 140 PVT panels manufactured by Abora Solar and installed by Climasphere on the roof of the OECD Paris headquarters. Capable to generate both heat and electricity, the solar panels meet the domestic hot water and electricity needs of the building. Thanks to the deployment of solar hybrid PVT panels, a total of 52,955 kg of CO2 emissions are saved every year.

Financial Structure

The payback period of this installation is 4 years.
